As a real estate agent, commissions are your financial lifeline. Your commission determines how much you earn with each sale, and how much you can invest in building your business. In the past you had to make a choice - choose a full service broker that provides services to you but takes a share of each sale or a 100% office that provides minimal support and minimal services, at best. 

 

 You no longer have to make that choice, When you join Baxter Sterling you join the only full service brokerage with a no-split commission program. And our annual cap is $3000. The lowest in the industry! We charge a $250 monthly fee. That's it. E&O? Covered! Transaction fees? Nope! Hidden fees? None.
